Eniko

Thursday, September 30, 2010

I don't know if I mentioned this before, but Eniko Mihalik is one of my favorite models. And these shots for Harper's Bazaar Spain for October are truly breathtaking. The hair, the black leather clothes, the red nails. These photos just radiate sexuality.

Another amazing photo, this one's for the September US Bazaar:

And the last one, frome Vogue Nippon November 2010:

So what do you think about Eniko?

The Secret Garden

With this outfit, I just wanted to keep it simple and comfy. The photo editing was inspired by this breathtaking post of Miss Pandora, thus the oversaturated colours. It thought they'd look good in contrast to my monochromatic outfit.

I have seen your heart...

There is no secret that i am a huge fan of Harry Potter, been reading all the books (some of them more than once)...and seen all the movies ( i don't know why but everytime i watch them i get a warm, fuzzy feeling like it's Christmas time). Since the 10th grade when a friend gave me the first book i was in love with the whole story, even though at first i was skeptical about it, cuz i thought it was just another silly kids fantasy.

Love, love it !!
After seeing this new trailer i literally got goose bumps and can't wait until November. I am sure that it is going to be just brilliant...and it seems like this time all the important parts of the book are beautifully captured in the movie.
Got to have a movie marathon soon...

Thai Culture Festival

Monday, September 20, 2010

Yesterday was the most perfect early autumn day. It was warm and sunny and there were lots of activities/concerts/fairs organized all around the city center. I chose to go to the Thai Culture Festival. I must say that I was expecting a little bit more than what was offered, but I managed to get a few interesting snapshots of the event. Unfortunately, I arrived a little bit too late and so I wasn't able to try the famous Thai dishes. Oh well, better luck next time.

And my outfit for the day:

Bodysuit : Zara, golf shorts : Tommy Hilfiger, bag: F&F, shoes: Target, belt: thrifted, necklace and hair accessory: F21

We had to settle with sandwiches for lunch:

And I just had to do this:

Feather earrings

Friday, September 17, 2010

The easiest DIY project I've ever tried. You only need different sized/colored feathers, a few jewelry making accessories and pliers.

Finished earrings:

Leopard bags

Monday, September 13, 2010

We all know animal print is in again this fall. And one of the it accessories (as seen on celebrities and fashionistas) is the leopard print bag.

I'm sure everyone owns a pair of leopard flats, scarf or cardigan but this time the print is transferred to purses, satchels, cross-body bags and totes. They go with everything, from all-black edgy outfits, to more feminine ensembles. And they're available everywhere, depending on the budget. These are a few of my personal favs:
1. Leopard Tassel Cross Body Bag - $60.00 - Topshop
2.Jocasi  Snake Leopard Laptop Bag - £22.00 - Asos
3.See by Chloe - Clouds Tiger Cross Body - $364.00 - Zappos
4.Leopard Shoulder Bag - $20.80 - F21
5.Natural Giant Leopard Haircalf - $ 995.00 - Mulberry
6.Miss Selfridge Leopard Satchel -  £30.00 - Miss Selfridge

How I'd wear it:

Frida Gustavsson

Saturday, September 11, 2010

I just adore Frida's eclectic style. She is so good at mixing different prints, fabrics and textures. I find her to be very inspiring as a style icon, despite her young age (17 years old)  Not to mention that she is extremely beautiful. That face and those long slender legs...

The Fall Blues

Wednesday, September 8, 2010

I wish I had taken more pics, but my camera battery died in the middle of the photoshoot. It was my fault, actually, 'cause I'd forgotten to charge it. Oh well, better luck next time.

Oh, and I want to adopt Agnes. And her unicorn, too. :D
