Facing the cold

I'm trying hard not to state my hatred for cold weather once again, although I feel a terrible urge to. These photos were taken in about 10 minutes, in an awfully windy weather, while I tried to restrain from crying (wind makes me teary-eyed). A runny nose and teary eyes can make one look completely un-glamorous, always having to pull a paper tissue from the bag/pocket. I'm wondering what will I do when winter comes, be forced to take pics inside or wrap myself, including my head/face, in layers of clothing and dare to go out??

Three stores, three stories, one evening

Last night we attended the launch party of the Gabroveni 24 complex, a space that comprises three boutiques: Atelier A!urea (vintage and modern designer clothes and jewelry), Florăria Lipscani (floral arrangements & lovely accessories for the house and garden) & Atelierul de Creație (customized paintings, photographs, gifts).  We tried to capture the warmth and retro atmosphere of these lovely space in a few detail shots.

Minty Macarons

These macarons were a cute little unexpected present and they looked so adorable I just had to photograph them. The clock, book and earrings are all vintage treasures :). The bangles are from H&M.

Fall neutrals

Hi everyone! As you might have noticed, I've been a little absent from the blogosphere lately, and I must apologize for the fact that comments and outfit posts have been quite scarce. My new job has proved to be quite a challenge, but I expects things to calm down soon. This Sunday I managed to make some time & convince my bf to go to the park and take these pics. Oh, I must mention that the weather was absolutely freezing cold, making me wonder where are those warm autumn days that I love so much.
