Hello dear readers, I hope your Holidays have been bright and peaceful. I’ve been back from NYC for over a week, just in time to spend Christmas at home, but I still can’t stop thinking about it. This 2-week trip has truly been one of the most amazing moments in my life, and literally a dream come true (I experienced more than one déjà-vus and no, not because of all the movies and TV series I’ve watched). It all seemed so familiar and yet different from everything else I had experienced before and it made me feel electrified and weirdly nostalgic at the same time. Although there hasn’t been any snow – far from it, actually, as we had up to 18 degrees Celsius – the Christmas spirit was present everywhere, from all trees adorned with hundreds of fairy lights to the awe-inspiring window displays. The highlights have definitely been the skating rink in Central Park and the mouth-watering displays at Lord & Taylor. I hope you will enjoy the images and I promise I’ll be back soon with more photos from the City of Dreams.
