Hidden Histories Of London
More than most popular cities in the world, London is known for its history. Sites like Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and the Tower of London speak...
Ever since I first heard I was going to New York, I had in mind to take some photos with the Manhattan cityscape as background. And what a better place to do that than DUMBO ? (it’s an acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass), and it encompasses the area between the Brooklyn& Manhattan bridges and also the area east from the Manhattan Bridge to Vinegar Hill. We got there after a short trip on the East River Ferry and we were hoping for sunshine, but weren’t that lucky. Sadly, the sky was overcast, but the temperature was actually very high , around 17 degrees Celsius and there was no wind at all. The outfit is super casual, appropriate for a long day spent walking around in NYC, but I thought it was quite funny how the colors actually match the surroundings, don’t you think? And the photos of the cityscape make for perfect desktop backgrounds 😀

And here is the little clip I put together of some of the highlights of my trip. It’s not the most professional one (not even close, as I only had a teeny-tiny camera), but I hope you will enjoy it nonetheless, as it holds some fond memories 🙂
