Keep calm and have a cupcake
Yesterday was cupcake making day. Well not all day, but it did take me longer than I expected, missing mixer components and all :)). It was a lot of fun though, I finally got to make use of those cute little sprinkles from LOLA’s cupcakes. Click for tons of sweet pics.
I used this recipe from JoyofBaking and I must say they turned out amazing! You only have to follow the steps (or watch the video). These are the steps in images:

Aaand the final cupcakes, decorated and all. I finally managed to get the buttercream right. It tastes better if it’s a little chilled.
Got dressed up in colours. What better way to enjoy my sweet little “works of art”? 😛
Yes, I do use the little notebook for my cupcake recipes :D. And the occasional doodles.
