Mango & rhubarb tarts

It’s been a long time since my last foodie post, so I figured it’s high time I shared another recipe. Yet again, it is a very simple treat, fruity and delicious, perfect for summer. All you need is follow the instructions here (I also added a personal touch by using both rhubarb and mango) and add a scoop of ice cream. I chose pistachio 🙂 Enjoy!

I think I should have baked the tarts a bit more, but I was afraid not to burn them. I’ll be more careful next time. They tasted great, though.
