The whole idea for this outfit post came to me the second I’ve received the most amazing shoes in the world from the magical people in charge of the brilliant Papucei brand. The brand’s name is Romanian for “little shoes”. And it tells you more about the brand than you realize.

Good quality materials are key, so each season they search to find the best suppliers. They take the materials and use them in unconventional ways, they transform and refine them, and end up with products that are hard to believe.

The company has presented its collections outside the country borders, first in Milan and soon after in Paris, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam and many other international fairs and can be found in the wardrobe of women all over the world, from Italy to Japan, from Canada to Australia.

I’ve always been fascinated by the Japanesse culture and traditions. Their unique sense of style has been such a big influence in my life. I mean there is so much fun in trying to be a real life anime character, don’t you agree?
