Why walk when you can fly?
On Tuesday we had the pleasure of attending an event that took place …wait for it… in our favourite place in Bucharest, the Botanical Gardens. It was actually the launch of Mihaela Glavan’s Spring Summer 2015 collection and it all happened in a dreamy fairytale setting in the Greenhouses. Every detail was perfectly put in place by the scenic designer, Iuliana Valsan, and it was all based on the idea of freedom, flight and creativity: “Why walk when you can fly?”. The shoe designs were inspired by nature: stylized birds, floral prints and also reinterpreted oversize bows.
