Moonlight Kingdom

Moonlight Kingdom

These photos were taking at Schönbrunn Palace (actually in the garden and the gloriette), which proved to be the perfect backdrop for them. As this entire experience felt somewhat surreal, I figured that the editing and title for this post should be a bit inspired by Sailor Moon, and also the timing is perfect. If you didn’t know, Sailor Moon Crystal is a new anime created especially for the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon and it premiered on Saturday, July 5th. If you are a fan and you haven’t watched it yet, you can find it here. The episodes will air on Saturdays, every two weeks. Anyway, I see the post as a homage to one of my favourite childhood animes, and an idea on how to wear Sailor Moon – inspired clothes in real life, without looking cosplay-ish :P. I really hope you will enjoy and I’d love to read your opinions.

I’m wearing a Zara maxi dress (thank you, Zara, for providing dresses that are long enough :D) and a Bershka fringed kimono
