The Season of the Rose
It's the time that you spent on your rose that makes your rose so important… People have forgotten this truth, but you mustn't forget it. You become responsible forever for...
I bought this striped cropped top some weeks ago, thinking it would be a versatile item for the upcoming fall/winter. What actually persuaded me to buy it were the extra long sleeves..I’d been dreaming of such a sweater for the cold season until I finally stumbled upon this one. Unfortunately, as it’s cropped, I can only wear it with high-waisted skirts/pants, so it proved not to be as versatile as I had first imagined. However, it is a perfect match for this 60’s style skirt from COS (which is now one of my wardrobe staples). I added a few more elements, for a complete retro inspired look: the pointy flats, the otk socks, the bag.. Those, plus the pink boxy coat for a much needed modern touch.
Anyway, enough about my outfit and more about me. I’m currently in Târgu Jiu,but sadly, I’m working, so I didn’t have the chance to take photos for the blog. However, we have a pretty exciting (and a bit nerve wrecking) project coming up very very soon, that we can’t wait to talk to you about. We’ll keep you posted!
I’m wearing: Zara jacket and striped top, COS skirt, H&M otk socks, Asos flats, Parfois bag
Awww, you look so adorable and so very beautiful! I super-love this outfit, the top, the skirt, the coat, what an amazing take on the ’60s. Can’t wait to hear all about the new project!
Hugs & have a wonderful weekend!
xx
