The Season of the Rose
It's the time that you spent on your rose that makes your rose so important… People have forgotten this truth, but you mustn't forget it. You become responsible forever for...
I am thrilled that we finally got around to taking new photos for the blog. I was really missing it and this short photo session filled me with joy. I couldn’t wait to get home and edit the photos! I also had the perfect “excuse” : I needed to include this pretty in a winter-appropriate outfit, so I chose a black turtleneck, added a few brooches & a faux fur coat to spice it up & voilà!
Now about the book: The Muse, by Jessie Burton. I got it a couple of months ago from Okian (you can see the unboxing here), because I’d heard some good reviews on BookTube. You might have heard of Jessie Burton as the author of the internationally published debut novel, The Miniaturist. The Muse is her second novel and it’s already a best seller. The narrative focuses two stories, one that takes places in England the 1960s and one that takes place in Spain the 1930s, both following the complicated history of a mysterious painting that was lost and then rediscovered. I am super excited to read a book that centers around the world of art and artists so I am looking forward to that. I’ll also post a review as soon as I’ve finished reading it.
I’m wearing: Woman Fashion London, Next booties, Mango velvet clutch with tassel, Zara turtleneck, H&M coat (old).
Este o tinuta superba !
I don’t know what I love more, the suit, your brooches, the cover of that book or the light in these photos!
Well, everything is just beautiful! Oh and I will be looking forward for your review 😉
