Fashion Week SS16 Trends
From Milan to Paris, New York and London, Fashion Week SS16 saw a few trends that you’ll definitely want to have in your closet for the upcoming fashion season. There...
Let me start by apologizing for my lack of activity, it seems that I am already breaking my new year’s resolutions, but the past few weeks have been like a roller coaster ride. I’ve been having a love-hate relationship with London for a while now so it was with no surprise that our latest encounter was not on such a positive note. First of all the weather was quite terrible, secondly I was fighting an awful cold that kept me awake for several nights. But apart from all that I must admit that I made some unforgettable memories as well.
It all started with my second The Used concert. The location was incredible aka Koko London – a former theatre in Camden Town, the audience made me relive my teenage years – it still gives me the chills when I recall everyone singing “On my own”, and Bert gave his best performance in years. Next I got to see my first ever musical, Wicked ( The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz ). Magical with a pinch of darkness, so of course I loved every second of it. The music, the costumes, the special effects they all were out of this world.
Another stop on our agenda was of course London Fashion Week. From the beginning we decided not to dedicate more than 2 days to the whole craziness it involves and considering my well being it was a smart move. For these particular photos that we took at Somerset House, I used multiple layers apart from the ones visible( haha, no wonder Sandra called me the queen of layering). It paid off and I was one happy, warm bunny. We are also so excited we managed to find some great inspiring people and take some street style photos as well.
