We always thought that fashion should be fun and most of all magical. That is why we are always excited for the Couture Fashion Shows, because they bring a big dose of bedazzle into our mundane lives.
Starting with the spring/summer 2019 season, we saw a strong return to the maximalist style even on the ready-to-wear runways. The “everything goes” philosophy is something that we truly embrace for our everyday looks, especially in the spring and autumn time, when the weather allows for a full on layering madness.
As the Fashion Week month is fully upon us, we have decided to highlight our favourite shows and the most enchanting collections thus far were at London Fashion Week. Here are 4 designers that took our breath away.
“Maximal extravagance and minimised waste” that is Richard Quinn’s motto, and oh boy, he really brought the glam and fabulousness to the runway for next season. Give us some sparkle, lots of florals, bows and puffed sleeves, all with minimal environmental impact and we’re instantly sold.

This brand new collection is a tribute to nature and science, or something between the lines of space oddity meets your grandmother’s tablecloth. Ecology becomes edgy and sexy in the hands of Christopher Kane. Need that stellar print in our lives.

When you say puffed sleeves, we say Anne of Green Gables! Because there is no other character in literature that pays such an homage to this kind of clothing detail, more than dear old Anne with an E.
Although that is the first thing that comes to our mind when we look at these kind of dresses, the latest collection from Erdem was shaped from the stories and myths of Tina Modotti, an Italian who came to America at the age of 16 and embarked on a life that would see her through modelling, acting and photography.
