Postcards from Rome

Postcards from Rome

In early November I had the chance to spend an unforgettable weekend in Rome.  It was my first time there and three days were definitely not enough to explore everything I would have wanted , but it was just enough to appreciate the greatness of this city. The weather was absolutely superb, almost summer-like (over 20 degrees Celsius in midday), allowing us to visit all of the most well-known landmarks, from morning ’till late at night. This trip was a rollercoaster of emotions and sensations and it was definitely tiresome trying to fit as many activities as possible in one day, but it was all worth it. It all just left me wanting to go back as soon as possible, in order to get to know the city better and this time to discover its hidden places, its secret spots and its lesser known nooks. I hope I’ll get to do that sooner rather than later and in the meantime I hope you will enjoy the photos I took as much as I enjoyed taking them.
