Great expectations
Do you remember the 1998 Great Expectations movie with Ethan Hawke, Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert de Niro? I remember it with immense pleasure, as it was so visually-appealing that the images stuck in my mind for a long time. The clothes, the interiors and most of all, those muted shades of green that became my obsession for a while. Well this is my humble tribute to that movie and I’m certainly looking forward to watching the new version, featuring Helena Bonham-Carter as Miss Havisham.
