New month, new outfit post. We’re finally back from London and after readjusting for the past 2 days (mainly to the weather..30 degrees C in Romania versus 15 degrees in the UK) it’s time to update the blog. I know we’ve deserted it, but  now we’re  back and ready to rock. I guess that you might think.. “where are the touristy photos of London?”, but don’t worry, those are coming soon, maybe joined by some tips. I haven’t had the time to sort them out properly yet, so I decided to post one of my outfits first. I wore this on the third day I think, when it was sunny and quite warm. The other days were all about tights and comfy shoes, you’ll see. The inspiration for the outfit is obviously pop art; I’m channeling comic book style with the speech bubble sweater, blue eyeliner, star-shaped earrings and graphic otk socks. I really love this mini-trend (as seen at 3.1 Phillip Lim and Markus Lupfernot only because it’s fun and colorful, with a dose of parody, but also because I admire Roy Liechtenstein’s and Andy Warhol’s works. Speaking of them, if you happen to visit London, you must go to Tate Modern!

The nails are also an unexpected touch, it was my first time trying nail foil.

These are few of the knick-knacks I bought. I highly recommend the Topshop highlighter, it’s amazing, it adds a beautiful soft golden glow to your skin. And colorful eyeliner is my new make-up obsession (this one’s from Barry M, and I also got one in pink).
